RomanceForge generates fictional story content using third-party AI language models. All generated text is fiction produced by automated systems. We do not manually review, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of any generated output.

3. Your Account and Fair Use

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. The Service is free during its initial launch and subject to daily generation limits. You may not: abuse, probe, or attempt to circumvent those limits; resell access; use the Service on behalf of minors; or use it to generate content prohibited by our Content Policy.

4. Content Ownership

You retain rights to the stories you write and generate, to the extent such rights exist in your jurisdiction. AI-generated content may be subject to limitations on copyright protection; you are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable law and the terms of the underlying model providers.

5. Availability and Changes

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, and may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RomanceForge and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
